FULL-LENGTH PLAYS
1790; A TALE NOT OFTEN TOLD
A full-length play exploring the extraordinary relationship between Sydney's first governor, Arthur Phillip, and Bennelong of the Eora people. Co-written by historian Robert Thomson and multi-award-winning playwright Pete Malicki.
This important play explores a chapter of Australian history not often told: of the early efforts some of the British colonisers made to forge positive relationships with local Indigenous Australians. Governor Arthur Phillip saw the value in collaborating with the locals and sought to build friendships between the two peoples. 1790; A Tale Not Often Told takes place before the European colonisers committed many great atrocities against the Indigenous people.
This play is suitable for high school productions.

V.D. - FULL LENGTH
Originally an award-winning 10 minute monologue, V.D. has been extended to a full-length one-woman show!
This one-woman comedy explores the life of Sophie, a 35-year-old romantic who likes a bit too much gin. We join her as she falls in and out of love, struggles with power plays in her new job, and travels to India on a journey of spiritual (un)enlightenment.
